By accessing or using Claw, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you use Claw on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use Claw.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activities under your account, except to the extent caused by Claw's own security breach.

You must promptly notify Claw of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use Claw in violation of law or to infringe third-party rights.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with service integrity, distribute malware, or abuse APIs, infrastructure, or other users.

You may not use Claw to generate or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful content.

You retain ownership of content you submit to Claw, including prompts and workspace inputs.

You grant Claw a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, and display such content solely as needed to provide, maintain, and improve the service.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights required to submit your content and grant this license.

Claw and all related software, interfaces, trademarks, branding, and documentation are owned by Claw or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these terms, no license or ownership rights are transferred to you.

Claw provides AI-generated analysis and recommendations that may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific use case.

You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs and making independent decisions before relying on them.

Claw does not warrant or guarantee any commercial outcome, including revenue, customer growth, conversion, or engagement metrics.

Certain features may be offered free of charge, and others may require payment now or in the future.

Where paid features apply, pricing and billing terms will be provided before purchase or renewal.

Claw may modify, replace, or discontinue features at any time, including to improve security, compliance, or product performance.

Claw may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create legal exposure, or materially threaten platform security or reliability.

You may stop using Claw at any time.

Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.

Claw is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Claw is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, business opportunities, goodwill, or data.

If liability cannot be fully disclaimed, Claw's total liability will be limited to the amount paid by you to Claw for the service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Claw from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

Claw may update these terms from time to time. We will update the effective date when changes are published.
